Terms and Conditions for Isabella Aesthetics:

Welcome to Isabella Aesthetics ! By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services


We offer a range of aesthetic treatments including, but not limited to, injectables, skincare services, and other cosmetic procedures. All treatments are provided by a qualified aesthetic prescriber nurse.

2. Consultation


Prior to any treatments, a consultation is required. During the consultation, we will assess your medical history, treatment goals, and suitability for the service. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it’s not in your best interest or poses health risks.

3. Booking and Appointments


Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of £20. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a £20.

4. Pricing


All pricing for services will be outlined at the time of your consultation. Prices are subject to change and may be updated at any time. We will inform you of any price changes in advance.

5. Health and Safety


For your safety and well-being, we require you to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the outcome of treatments. You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions to ensure the best possible results and minimise risks.

6. Results


While we strive to provide the best possible outcomes, results may vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee specific results, as factors such as skin type, age, and lifestyle play a role in the effectiveness of treatments.

7. Payment


All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash and bank transfer and reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

8. Refunds and Cancellations


Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are not typically provided. However, we will work with you to resolve any concerns or complications that may arise after treatment. If you are dissatisfied with the results, please contact us within 2 weeks for a follow-up consultation.

9. Confidentiality


Your privacy is important to us. All personal and medical information provided will be kept confidential and will only be shared with i personnel involved in your care. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability


Isabella Aesthetics is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from treatments when proper aftercare instructions are followed. You agree to hold us harmless for any issues arising from neglecting medical advice, treatment instructions, or complications that are outside our control.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.

Privacy Policy for Isabella  Aesthetics

13. Aftercare Responsibilities

All clients are provided with appropriate aftercare guidance following their treatment. It is the client's responsibility to :

-Follow all aftercare instructions as advised verbally and/or provided in writing.

-Avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, or other restricted activities as instructed.

-Attend any follow up appointments as instructed.

-Inform Isabella Aesthetics of any unusual advice via social media or third parties.

Failure to follow aftercare advice may impact your treatment results and increase the risk of complications. Isabella Aesthetics will not be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from negligence, non-compliance, or self-treatment.

14. Medical disclosure Responsibilities.

It is the clients responsibility to disclose their full and accurate medical history during consultation and prior to any treatment. This includes, but is not limited to:

-Current or past medical conditions.

-Medications, supplements, and herbal remedies.

-Allergies and sensitivities

-Previous Aesthetic treatments or surgeries.

-Pregnancy or breastfeeding status.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of complications and will affect your eligibility for treatment. Isabella Aesthetics will not be held liable for any adverse outcomes that may result from withheld or inaccurate medical history

15. Patch Testing

Patch test are required for certain skin treatments, including but not limited to peels, and specific topical products. Where a patch test is recommended by the product manufacturer or deemed clinically appropriate by Isabella Aesthetics, it is the clients responsibility to attend this test at least 24-48 hours before treatment. Clients are required to disclose any allergies or sensitivities prior to treatment.

Isabella Aesthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to attend patch testing when advised.

 

Hyalase (Hyaluronidase) - a prescription only medication used for dissolving dermal filler - is not routinely patch tested due to the following reasons:

-Hyalase may only be administered by a qualified prescriber, following a full clinical consultation and risk assessment.

-Allergy testing for Hyaluronidase is not routinely performed in aesthetic practice unless the practitioner has undergone specific immunology training.

-Clients may be fully informed of potential risks and required to sign a details consent form prior to treatment.

In the event of previous known allergy to bee venom or other contraindications, treatment with hyalase will not proceed.

16. Late Arrival Policy

Clients are kindly asked to arrive on time for their appointments. If you are more than 10minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. In this case, a cancellation fee of £20 may apply.

17. Consent and Photography Policy

Before/after photographs may be taken as part of your clinical record. These images are confidential and stored securely. We will only use photographs for marketing or educational purposes with your written consent. You have the right to refuse photo use at any time.

18. Children in Clinic

For health, safety, and insurance reasons, we kindly ask that children do not accompany clients to appointments. Isabella Aesthetics is a clinical environment and not suitable for young visitors. We appreciate your understanding.

11. Client Behaviour and Conduct.

By using our services, you agree to maintain respectful and appropriate communication at all times. Any form of harassment, defamation, intimidation, or defamatory content shared online or offline will be treated seriously and may result in legal action.

12. Defamation and Online harassment

Isabella Aesthetics actively monitors and protects its reputation. Any false, misleading, or defamatory statements made about the business, its owner, or staff - including online reviews, social media posts, or public comments - may result in legal proceedings for defamation.

13. Social Media Policy

Clients agree not to share images, videos or posts relating to Isabella Aesthetics or its staff without consent. Any misleading, defamatory, or edited content posted publicly may result in legal action.

Isabella Aesthetics will only communicate with the client directly. Any attempt by third party (friend, partner etc.) to interfere, make demands, or threaten to be treated as harassment and recorded.

15. Surveillance and Recordings.

For safety and training purposes, any in clinic consultations or services may be monitored via CCTV (where applicable). Any abuse, threats or attempts to deceive will be documented and may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.
